Welcome to the BC Precision Rifle League, British Columbia’s Premier Long Range Competition Series.
We’ve been running precision rifle matches since 2018 and have grown to be one of the largest leagues in Canada. We run a variety of centrefire and rimfire matches all over Southern British Columbia, but are constantly on the hunt for new venues, new shooters and exciting new match opportunities!
Our Mission
To grow the sport of precision rifle competition North of the border, provide shooters the opportunity to learn and test themselves at a regional, national and international level.
Centrefire Matches
We routinely run as many centrefire matches across the province with typical engagements on steel targets from 200 to 800 yards and beyond!
We’ve run a host of PRS style matches as well as more recently, hunter style matches to vary competitors skill and experience.
Rimfire Matches
The BCPRL is a PRS Rimfire Club that sends our scores to the Precision Rifle Series (PRS) in order for our shooters to qualify for the North West series points as well as a shot at the National Finale! We run more precision rimfire matches in BC than most clubs do nationwide.
Community
The BCPRL is devoted to building a solid community in British Columbia, that will advance the sport, promote the safe handling and use of firearms and improve a diverse set of rifleman’s skills. Through more community events in the future, we hope to offer more comprehensive training, not only in shooter skills, but also emergency first aid, fieldcraft and survival!
